Health & Safety

"From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we knew that our personal and professional lives would not be the same. We also knew the worst would pass and we would be able to return to conducting business, although with significant modifications. This is why we created a Phased Plan to Market Recovery for MC&A, with the objective to share our “roadmap” to navigating the New Normal environment with our clients—our approach to development and implementation of safety protocols that protect our employees, customers, and vendor partners as we work together in this new business landscape."

– Fritz Lehman, President & CEO, MC&A

MC&A has been approved for the GLOBAL SAFETY STAMP from the World Travel & Tourism Council

This stamp of approval demonstrates MC&A’s commitment to adhere to a set of Safe Travels Protocols. Developed by the WTTC in collaboration with WTTC Members, leading industry associations, and international organizations, these protocols take into account the current guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Each of the Safe Travels Protocols has four pillars:

  • Operational and Staff Preparedness
  • Ensuring a Safe Experience
  • Rebuilding Trust & Confidence
  • Implementing Enabling Policies
