While the world evolves and us along with it, we remain
firmly rooted in the belief that where we come from
is just as important as where we are going.

We have been spreading Aloha from our very beginning, and there’s no slowing us down!

Since our founding in 1983, then known as Mary Charles & Associates, MC&A has been widely recognized as the dominant destination and event management company in the Hawaiian Islands specializing in the MICE, leisure wholesale, luxury, and cruise markets. Beginning as a ground operator of incentive programs, MC&A has grown into a full-service destination management and events company with a reputation of providing the highest level of quality service for both the North American and Asia-Pacific markets.

In January 2017, MC&A became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the JTB Americas group, one of the world’s largest Japanese inbound tour operators. To this day, this relationship continues to offer MC&A access to Asian markets, and JTB Americas, Ltd. access to meetings, incentives, and conventions as well as leisure and cruise markets out of English-speaking destinations.

Our evolution continued in early 2019 as we enhanced our signature, personalized boutique approach through a merger with prominent U.S. mainland counterpart, Kuoni Destination Management USA, bringing together two world-class companies with a collective 50 years of combined experience in the destination and event management industry.

We embrace change because this world is ever evolving, but we never lose sight of our heritage of Aloha!
