MC&A’s “Wildest Dreams” Wins Big at the 2025 Special Events Gala Awards
MC&A’s commitment to pushing creative boundaries and delivering unforgettable experiences was honored in spectacular fashion at the 2025 Special Events Gala Awards. Here, MC&A took home two of the industry’s top honors for its awe-inspiring event, Wildest Dreams.
Held 4,000 feet above Vancouver on Grouse Mountain, Wildest Dreams won:
- Best Event Produced for a Corporation or Association
- Best Entertainment
These awards recognize the artistry, coordination, and imagination required to transform a mountaintop into an immersive dreamscape. The evening left over 1,200 guests spellbound—and the industry speechless.
A World Beyond Imagination
Guests were transported by gondola into a surreal alpine setting, greeted by towering trees, whimsical woodland creatures, and panoramic views of Vancouver. Every inch of the design embraced the beauty of the old-growth forest and elevated it with enchanting, theatrical elements: stilt-walking deer, surreal characters, and a headliner performance that seamlessly transitioned into a show-stopping aerialist act—suspended by 300 helium balloons.
Each detail was curated to harmonize with the natural surroundings, blurring the line between performance and environment. This wasn’t just an event. It was a sensory journey through a world where nature and fantasy intertwined.
Creative Excellence Behind the Curtain
The success of Wildest Dreams was the result of a dream team of creatives and collaborators who brought their full hearts and talents to the mountaintop.
